The SME Sustainability Society actively supports the “Equal Opportunities Commission” to formulate the “Racial Diversity and Inclusion Charter for Employees ” to promote equal opportunities for ethnic minorities in employment and encourage more SMEs to break the barriers brought by racial and cultural backgrounds and achieve wider diversity and inclusion. 🤝
