學會會員年費 Full Member Fee $2,500
請填妥入會申請表格並連同中小企業可持續發展指數之證明
- 香港公司商業登記副本、
- 公司名片、
- 公司CSR簡介
- 會藉審批時間約為30個工作天，審批後會以電郵形式通知結果及發出繳交年費通知
- 適當會費之支票（抬頭：中小企可持續發展學會有限公司）， 寄回本會辦事處 (地址: 香港尖沙咀廣東道30號新港中心1座1601室）。本會提供網上表格及網上付款。公司必須成立3年或以上。而所有入會申請表須經會董會審批，入會申請如不獲接納，會費將發還申請人，本會保留最終決定權。
Please fill in the application form, SME Business Sustainability Index together with
- Hong Kong Business Registration copy;
- Company Name Card;
- Company CSR profile;
- We will process your application for around 30 working days. You will receive an email to inform your membership approved and a payment notice to complete your application.
- Cheque with appropriate fee (Payable: SME Sustainability Society Limited), by post to this Society office (Address: Room 1601, Tower 1, Silvercord, no. 30 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon). Online form and payment are available. All membership application must be approved by the Board of Directors of the Society. The membership fee will be returned to the applicant if the membership is not accepted, this Society will retain the final decision.
非「中小企業可持續發展指數」公司，填妥入會申請表格及上述1-4項資料，經會董會審批。在大中華區(中港澳台)或海外曾獲「企業社會責任」獎項公司，需持有區內營業執照或海外政府認可的營業執照。
The application of the non-SME Business Sustainability Index company, together with the above listed point 1-4, must be approved by the Board. Any CSR award company which has awarded in the Greater China region or overseas must hold the business certificate approved by its domestic government.
備註Note:
- 會費將按入會時間按半年計 (即6月30日以後及12月31日後)撥作預繳翌屆部份會費。
The membership fee will be paid as a pre-payment of the next executive committee term based on the time of joining the membership on a half-yearly basis (i.e. after 30 June and 31 December)
- 中途加入的會員，未完成的會費順延下屆，不設退款。
For members who join halfway through the membership year, the remaining of the full subscription will automatically rollover to the next term. The paid subscriptions are non-refundable.

I hereby declare that to the best of my/the Company’s knowledge, all data filled in the application form are accurate, and I hereby agree Hong Kong SME Sustainability Society Limited to consult and review all data provided by me/the Company in this application form. I/the Company may not entitle as member if provided any incorrect or misleading data.
